Fish In The Sea Bowl
Serving Size: Two Hungry Adults 1/2 Pound Sushi Grade Tuna 1/2 Pound Sushi Grade Salmon Cut both the Tuna and Salmon against the grain into sashimi sized pieces. Set both aside for later. 2 Cups Brown Rice If you're using a rice cooker, add the rice to the bowl of the rice cooker and add cold water to just under the 2 cup line. If you don't have a rice cooker, add the rice to a large heavy bottomed non-stick pot, then add 1 1/2 cups of cold water. If you are using a rice cooker, all you have to do is turn it on. If you are doing this on the stove, turn the heat onto high and bring the rice to a boil (be careful not to let it boil over). Turn down the heat to low and cover with a lid. Set a timer for 15 minutes. Once the rice is done, turn off the heat and let the rice steam for 10 minutes. 1 cup Shelled Edamame I used frozen Edamame for this dish so I just stuck them in the microwave using the directions on the back. 2 Cups Mixed Fresh Greens 1 Avocado 1/2 Cup Seaweed Salad 1 Tablespoon Rice Seasoning Once the rice is finished, cut the avocado in half and slice both halves longways. Fan both sides out and set to the side. Place 1. Cup of mixed greens in each bowl along with 1 cup of brown rice. Sprinkle the brown rice with the rice seasoning. Finish off the dish by adding the Tuna, Salmon, Seaweed Salad, and Edamame on top. Add the Avocado and you are all done! Enjoy!
